Use of the Website
Welcome to the GROUND ZERO website (the ‘website’). By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’). If you do not agree to them you may not use this website and should leave it immediately.
GROUND ZERO is an online service of GROUND ZERO (‘GROUND ZERO’/‘We’/‘our’/‘us’) provided solely for your personal use for the sale of clothing, accessories and other Items (‘Items’).
We have taken great care to ensure that the Items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual Item is absolutely accurate. Before placing an order please read through these Terms.
To be eligible to purchase Items on this website you must:
- a) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
- b) warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects.

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
By using this site you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms.
We may from time to time change these Terms at our sole discretion. By using this website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as changed.
Pricing displayed and purchasing currency are in American Dollars (USD).
International duties and taxes
We ship our merchandise in DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), i.e., product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before you checkout. Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your GROUND ZERO account. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used.
Next step is to select a shipping method, as well as enter your payment information. When you are ready to place your order, click confirm.
Shopping at GROUND ZERO is safe. Personal information provided on GROUND ZERO is transmitted through a secure server.
Shipping fees and delivery times
All shipping services used by GROUND ZERO provide a tracking number. Merchandise will be dispatched on business day. Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined unless otherwise requested.
Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover cards, Apple Pay are supported through the checkout.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorisation when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.
Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your GROUND ZERO account.
A tracking number is provided for all orders in our shipping confirmation email. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number in the website of designated courier service provider
We understand that picking a size can be difficult sometimes, if you are unsure about an product’s size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org that we can assist you further.
GROUND ZERO does not offer coupon code promotions.
If you would like to stay updated on our seasonal sales, please sign up to our newsletter. You can subscribe when creating an account, or by entering your email address in the 'Sign up to our mailing list' section at the bottom of any GROUND ZERO page.
- We do not accept refunds on discounted/ sale merchandise. All discounted/ sale merchandise can be exchanged for other merchandise of equivalent price or lower only. Any additional charges for the exchange items must be paid by the customer. We will not refund the surplus if a customer chose to exchange for an item at a lower price.
- Returns shipping are at the expense of the customer. Once received, we will examine the merchandise for any damages before exchanging new product.
- Any merchandise that have signs of wear, or alteration (including our packaging, hangtag…) will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Our company reserve the right to decide if the merchandise is in condition for exchange or refund.
Regular Priced Items:
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase. Each item is allowed to be exchanged once. If an item is out of stock, you may exchange for an item of equivalent price. Any additional charges for the exchange items must be paid by the customer. We will not refund the surplus if a customer chose to exchange for an item at a lower price.
- Returns shipping are at the expense of the customer. Once received, we will examine the merchandise for any damagesbefore exchanging new product. (including signs of wear, alteration, packaging, hangtag…) Our company reserve the right to decide if the merchandise is in condition for exchange or refund.
- All items must be returned (or for exchange) new, unused, unaltered and with all garment bag and hangtag still attached. Our company reserve the right to decide if the merchandise is in condition for exchange or refund.
We reserve the right to make any final decisions to any listed policies above.
